Week 6

This week was actually a great week! I finally feel like I am starting to understand Organic Chemistry and this makes me feel happy that I know what is going on in class. I am so exited about next weeks Propel Ohio.

This week I only had a welcome desk shift on Tuesday from 10:30-11:30 am and I only got like 3 calls, which was pretty chill. Leo and my best friends were around, which made the welcome desk shift interesting. Apart from that on Tuesday,  I worked the event " The Eighth Sensory System with Author Kelly Mahler" from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM. I really wish I was in the room to know what it was about, but me and Leo were inviting students in , helping direct students to the auditorium and making sure student sget involved. I was surprised; because a lot of students seemed interested in it and a lot of students from Main Campus came just to see this event.

This week we had our first  Open House, which was very nice, I had only one hour to help out with the Event ; because I had an Organic Chemistry Lab from 5:00-9:00 PM, I was happy that I had time to help the Admissions Team with arranging cookies and  helping them out with their last touches for Open House. We also had pizza , salad and some cookie dough cake that Brooke brought at Admissions, to celebrate her engagement! Congratulations Brooke! 

I wasn't really there for the entire Open House, but I am glad that we have another one, so I can be there with all the Ambassadors !
